Work4All, based in Alkmaar, attaches great importance to your privacy. This privacy statement explains how Work4All handles your (privacy) data. This statement applies to all users and customers of the Work4All website and services.

General

The corporate goal of Work4All is to make the job placement process successful. In this process, Work4All cannot avoid storing and/or processing certain personal data (of candidates).

We comply with legal provisions, such as the GDPR, at all times and processing is always done with care. All data received from a (potential) employee will be treated confidentially and used and processed exclusively for the intended purpose. Data is never kept longer than legally permitted.

Personal data

The GDPR (Article 4) contains the definition of personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In other words, this is information that directly relates to someone, or information that can be traced back to a specific person.

When do we collect personal data?

The collection of personal data is part of our (employment) services. We collect your personal data in the following situations:

When you fill out the contact form on the website. When sending an email. When responding to a vacancy via our website. When registering on our website. When you start your collaboration with us.

How long do we store data?

We store your data carefully at all times and never longer than the legal retention period. If there is no statutory retention period, we will not retain data for longer than is necessary.

Data that we never need

We do not need any personal information to mediate for you. We therefore recommend that you never send this information (and therefore not include it in a CV). This concerns the following data: religion, philosophy of life, race, ethnic origin, criminal data, political beliefs, data about sexuality and/or health.

Visit to our website(s)

You can visit our website without providing us with any personal information. However, we use cookies and website statistics. These statistics are used to collect information about how users use the website to improve our services. However, no identifying information about the user is provided.

What data do we share with other parties?

If you have given us permission to act as an employment intermediary, we will share your personal data with potential clients. Of course, we only share information that is necessary for the client to assess whether you are a suitable candidate. In general, the following data is shared: name, place of residence, gender, date of birth (if relevant to the position), education and courses, and any work experience.

If you, as an employee, do not have Dutch nationality or the nationality of an EU or EEA country, we are obliged to provide the client with a copy of your valid residence permit and/or work permit and/or proof of identity.

Data protection by Work4All

We always strive to take appropriate measures to protect your personal data. Work4All employees only have access to the data if this is necessary for their work. Data that is not necessary is never shared with employees.

Despite all measures, it may happen that others gain unlawful access to your personal data. This is called a data breach. If this occurs, we request that you report it via info@work4all.nl. This allows us to take immediate action.

What rights do you have?

Right to change and deletion You have the right to have personal data changed or deleted if the data is no longer correct or if the processing is no longer justified.
